PICKING & PACKING

Our order picking and packing system can handle goods in a variety of sizes from small pieces through to multi-pallets providing standard or customised packaging.

There is a facility for pack assembly, offering shrink wrapping, conventional packing, pricing and bar-coding with returns and repacking. Promotional material can be inserted with orders prior to dispatch.

TRACK & TRACE

A full track & trace system is in place – customers receive notification by email as their order is despatched, including the tracking number.

Parcels are delivered within an hour’s timeslot – having been notified by text message or email.

NATIONAL AND GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION

Your nominated carriers can be employed to dispatch goods throughout the UK. However, our partners benefit from existing haulier arrangements which provide a nationwide service at preferential rates.

There are special facilities for time sensitive deliveries world-wide. And in addition overseas goods can be held for consolidation with other consignments to minimise freight charges.

All export matters such as customs clearance, VAT and Duty can be handled by our Freight Forwarder, through a direct modem link which also creates and transfers shipping notes.
